Second call for testing for 0.5.2 RC

We had to land a fix for this bug in the 0.5 branch:

It only affects the backported openstack provider, but it requires 24
hours to confirm as having worked (unless you have an openstack deployment
with a shorter key expiry).

As I'd like to make sure the bug is addressed before release, I'm going
to push back 0.5.2 until the fix is confirmed tomorrow. This also gives
24 more hours of smoke testing on the 0.5 branch.

The PPA has been updated, but estimates are that the packages won't build
for another hour. You will see the package version as 0.5.1.1-0juju3.
