Charm revisions in jujucharms.com

William was just confused by the revisionining difference between the
charm store and the content in jujucharms.com, and on a deeper look it
doesn't feel too hard to get confused, even more considering that one
of the core implementers stumbled upon it.

Here are a couple of suggestions clarify the naming a bit:

- Show the current *charm* (not branch) revision right next to the
charm name as:

      Charm: foo
      Revision: N

- Rename "revno N" in the change log at the bottom to "bzr N".
