lbox updates

A new lbox is up in the PPA. The following changes have been done:

- Real pre-req branch support in "propose". The changes pushed to
Rietveld will show a diff against the pre-req branch rather than the
target one, and "submit" will now allow the branch to go in unless
the pre-req has already been submitted.

- The "propose -prep" option is now -wip (from Work In Progress)

- The status of the merge proposal will be updated on "propose", to either
Needs Review or Work In Progress (if -wip is used).

- Any drafts made in the code review in Rietveld will be published in a
single email if "propose" is called while there are unpublished comments
in Rietveld (as requested by Roger).

- The "propose -same-log" flag is gone, and the default behavior is now to
publish changes without opening the editor after the first proposal is
delivered. For actually editing the summary and description, a new
"-edit" command was added. The "submit" command continues to
open the editor by default, though.

- There's now a new artificial "[revision details]" file that is pushed on
every proposal. It mentions the base revision and the end revision used
  to obtain the diff.

- Now Rietveld will correctly point out which files actually changed on each
  proposed patch set.

- The description in Rietveld now shows the summary as well, as it's easier
to read that way (as Roger originally suggested).
