Juju is in production in lots of small places; the main questions are
items like security. If you have a small / singleton team of admins, for
example, then its fine. If you have 100 admins and need to separate
permissions for specific activities then it's not ready. If you want to
use it, for example, making it easy for in-house dev teams to spin up
lightweight infrastructure on demand like app servers and databases,
then it's in good shape already.
