Fedora RPM Builds

The First attempts at Fedora RPM builds are now uploaded along with SPEC files etc , feedback and contributions very welcome as I'm not very well versed in RPM packaging yet but I did smoke test these on Fedora 16 and 17 ( via Fedora VM on HPCloud )

As these mature we'll be working to get them in to the official Fedora repositories ( as well as CentOS and SuSE as the RPMs arent Fedora specific )
