Happy friday everyone,
I'd like to preset a little pet project I started yesterday called Jujube,
its a juju charm browser / juju charmstore implementation in PHP greatly
inspired by http://www.jujucharms.com ( before you cringe read my notes at
the bottom )
My running development server can be viewed at
http://jujube.websitedevops.com , a working skeleton is in place but its
still missing quite a few Views ( the project is only 24ish hours old
though so that will change quickly )
Code can be branched with "bzr branch lp:jujube" or views at
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~imbrandon/jujube/trunk/files and I invite
anyone and everyone that would like to contribute to do so, you can find me
in #juju on freenode if you'd like as well.
Notes: Its a PHP MVC Project with a MongoDB ( the actual Charmstore
MongoDB created by charmload as the Data source ) I'll setup by hand with
hand picked components so the structure of the project resembles that of a
Django counter part and even uses the same type template's , intentionally
done in this manner to be welcoming to both PHP and Python Developers, that
said I'll be adding a README with coding guidelines and such but honestly
its all common sense things and only there to promote easy development for
all that are interested )
Hope everyone has a great weekend, Cheers!
