Updates to charm-tools are awaiting PPA build (will rescore soon) and
should arrive within a few hours at the latest.

Since some people will have large local repos, I included a helper to
fix them.

When you have r121 of charm tools, run

charm update path/to/your/charms/oneiric

It will tell you all the ones that need fixing. If you just want them
fixed

charm update path/to/your/charms/oneiric --fix

Only lightly tested, so please backup your repos if they have important
stuff in them.
