pbuilder charm setup for wrong series

Hi,

I submitted the pbuilder charm a while back, and it was accepted into
the store, for which I am grateful. Unfortunately it's listed as a
precise charm when it is meant for (and requires[1]) quantal.

Can someone please move the charm into the correct series?

[1] It makes use of the pbuilder-scripts package, which wasn't in
precise.
