If you'd like to automatically subscribe yourself, get the latest
charm-tools and run:

charm subscribers -- --fix-unsubscribed --maintainer you at somewhere.foo

This assumes you have a charm repository pointed to by $JUJU_REPOSITORY
(a local copy of the charms is still needed since I haven't had time to
incorporate the json interface from jujucharms.com.

As a few have suggested, eventually I think we'll do this with 'charm
promulgate', so you won't have to remember to do it.
