Welcome Robert Ayres our newest charmer

Hello all:

Please help me welcome and congratulate our newest charmer, Robert Ayres (
IRC: bbcmicrocomputer and Launchpad: https://launchpad.net/~robert-ayres ).

Robert has done some amazing things on our java related charms ( tomcat,
solr, terracotta, hive, j2ee-deployer ) among others.  Robert has also
written a series of blog posts ( http://voices.canonical.com/robert.ayres/ )
that help bridge the gap of juju and java clusters.
