It would probably be better to write a Juju charm for secure network
setup and distribution of a real entrophy source, and promote that as
the preferred low-entrophy solution for Ubuntu Cloud; eg:

This source does it right(tm).  Real randomness, tested, validated,
checked, signed and encrypted before even leaving the USB interface.

Plus, it happens to be made by some certain Debian developers (*also
former Canonical employees) who know what they're doing.
