My branch failed first and is probably a cause of some issue. I tried to
look into this some, but I cannot see the details on saucelabs but I do not
have access. If I could get a login I'd appreciate it.

Message when viewing details:
"This test visibility is set to 'public restricted' mode, which means that only owner is able to view the full log."

Gary looked into it some last night and reports

The line brought up in the failure info Gary can see is a simple assert.

  flags.foo.should.eql(true);

I'm working on getting my windows VM back up on the new machine and will
try to deploy the charm and run the tests from my windows vm.

Sorry for the issues in CI and working on getting things back in order.
