Build failed in Jenkins: jujugui-test-charm #376

We are ignoring failures because we don't trust canonistack.  This is
bad. :-(  The last successful CI run we had was five days ago.  We can
fix this.

It looks like we need to figure out what the new desired image name is,
and update our config.  I tried to do that but Jenkins looks like it is
about to go down.  I can't ssh in.
