IMPORTANT: GUI does not pass qa for release: will not support deployer file export on Monday for ecosystems competition

Hi all.  The GUI release 0.7.1 is out and supports the export format, as
well as drag and drop deploy.  It still has a few cosmetic issues, so we
may release a 0.7.2 tomorrow, but it doesn't have any showstoppers.

Thanks to Jeff, Benji, and Matt for their work on qa-ing and finding and
fixing bugs.
