bugs for re-release

Hey Huw.  We made a GUI release today.  We had to toss 0.7.0 because of
a bug, but we made 0.7.1.  I was messing around with it some more and I
found a few other issues I'd love to see resolved in trunk.  Could you
address these today please, unless there's a compelling reason not to?

Must have:

- the config panel is 10 pixels down from the proper location
- the kells knot tab does not expand to the right of the charm details

Nice to have:

- the kells knot tab does not change color to orange when minimized
- the search field changes size when you minimize

Jeff, when this and the charm browser sidebar new charm issue is
handled, please make a 0.7.2 (hopefully Thursday).
