Upgrade charm Visuals

For whoever is able to work on upgrade charm (sounds like it won't be
till next week, with Matt's Go Sandbox work), we have some details.

Note that they know that "Upgrade charm" doesn't make much sense when
you are downgrading charms.  With Jamie's OK as an incremental step, I
suggest simply changing the wording for that use case to "Downgrade charm".
