An actual user used the charm successfully

On the basis of the feedback and questions from this user and another, I 
updated the charm's README.

On a related note, note that our README is not rendered properly in the 
charm store (unlike, say, 
http://jujucharms.com/charms/precise/wordpress).  Talking with Kapil, it 
turns out that ReST is not actually supported (and he updated "Creating 
a README File" in https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/write-charm.html to 
reflect this).  I filed bug 1091237 to convert our charm README to 
Markdown, and put a card in the "ready to code" tasks.
