Juju 2.0-beta2 update

The Juju Core team is working towards a stable release of 2.0-beta2, but
will need to delay the release due to some issues that arose in the last
two weeks.  The outstanding issues are:

[0] 1549545 - Bundle deploys fail at lxc-start when bridge br-eth1 is
created
Found in CI; proposed fix is being tested.

[1] 1551854 - LXD bootstrap issues on xenial
Observed outside of Juju; investigations ongoing.  Workaround included in
bug.

[2] 1551842 / 1552423 - Machines getting 127.0.0.1 for DNS / PUBLIC_ADDRESS
Currently being investigated.

The team is also incorporating user feedback from beta1 to help improve the
Juju 2.0 experience.  We are aiming to release 2.0-beta2 next week.  Please
