Juju 2.0 beta8 out today - not upgradable

Hi All,

There will be a Juju 2.0 beta8 release today so that Juju users can easily
test the numerous fixes that have landed since beta7.

The Juju team is still planning a release next week (now beta9) that will
have the final api changes and will contain changes renaming "service" to
"application".  Beta9 will be the first release that is upgradable to newer
Juju 2.0 releases.
