Reviewed proposals against juju/juju

Hi

Please review list of your proposals on RB :D

While doing reviews today, I have noticed that we have several reviewed
proposals that are older than 2 weeks.

Some of these may have a legitimate reason to be this weathered - they
are against feature branches or do not have ShipIt...

Others should have been merged or updated or abandoned and closed. As
authors, could you please clean up your proposals?
