link to review request in launchpad

Seriously speaking -- and let me preface this by saying this is probably
very low on the priority list -- how hard would it be to take advantage of
Launchpad's new Git support to import branches from Github so that we could
tag bugs to branches/commits? Having never used any of these features, I
don't have any good feel for the level of effort.

It sure would be nice...
