Hi all,

As some of you already know, the source code of the lp:goose library
we use in juju for talking to the OpenStack API was to be migrated to
github. This is now completed. The new repository is at:

https://github.com/go-goose/goose

All imports were fixed to use gopkg.in/goose.v1 and some other minor
improvements, mostly to formatting were applied.

We'll in the process of setting up merge gating for all future PRs for
goose, as we have for juju/juju.

Juju dependencies.tsv is not changed yet to use the new location, but
will be soon.
