kardianos/osext

So we currently have a dependency of:
  bitbucket.org/kardianos/osext

However, while updating my system (having nuked some directories), I ran
into:

godeps: cannot update "C:\\dev\\go\\src\\bitbucket.org\\kardianos\\osext":
package bitbucket.org/kardianos/osext
        imports bitbucket.org/kardianos/osext
        imports bitbucket.org/kardianos/osext: code in directory
C:\dev\go\src\bitbucket.org\kardianos\osext expects imp
ort "github.com/kardianos/osext"

Running it again seems to make it work. My guess is that the latest version
of osext is migrating to github, but the specific version that we pinned
still references bitbucket.

Going to the webpage I see:
2015-02-23
  osext: set import path to github project.

I'm not really sure what we're using this for, but is someone tracking the
project and planning on migrating to the other version?

I actually don't see it being imported directly by github.com/juju/juju/*
so I'm guessing its a dependency from another dependency?
