MESS collection changes are starting to land

Hi all,

This is primarily a heads up email.

MESS stands for Multiple Environment State Server.

The work that is going on now is the adding of the environment uuid to
the document "_id" fields.

While I don't expect any problems, there is a part of me nagging away.
Probably due to anything where we have an upgrade step that rewrites
every document in the collection.  Tests have been written, and manual
testing performed, but I can't help but have this clenching.

Please raise any issues asap if you see them.
