The bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju-core/+bug/1308146 is now fixed
in github trunk, and backported to github 1.20 and lp:juju-core/1.18.

Curtis, can you please coordinate a 1.18.5 release including this bug
fix, as IS still use 1.18 and it's in trusty?
