This was what you, Tim, and I agreed on in the team meeting.  That's why I
signed the message with all our names.

The whole idea was to stop pussyfooting around and just do it.  We're not
going to get SSL or redundancy or backups by Monday.  We're not going to
use someone else's github credentials by Monday.  We'll be in the exact
same position we are today.

There's nothing to get nailed down.  That's the whole point of just cutting
over now.  It's *ready*.  It's not perfect, but perfect is the enemy of
good, and it's definitely good. Nothing says we can't improve it later on,
but it's usable now.
