juju stable 1.20.11 is proposed for release

juju-core 1.20.11

A new proposed stable release of Juju, juju-core 1.20.11, is now available.
This release may replace stable 1.20.10 after a period of evaluation. If
no issues are raised about this version, it will released on or after
October 28, 2014.


Getting Juju

juju-core 1.20.11 is available for utopic and backported to earlier
series in the following PPA:

    https://launchpad.net/~juju/+archive/proposed

The proposed packages in this archive use the proposed simple-streams.
You must configure the 'tools-metadata-url' option in your
environments.yaml to use the matching juju tools.

    tools-metadata-url: https://streams.canonical.com/juju/proposed/tools


Notable Changes

This releases addresses stability and performance issues.


Resolved issues

* Local environment machine deployments fail after "juju destroy-
  machine" has been used
  Lp 1379802

* Juju does not consider whether it has permission to an availability
  zone
  Lp 1380557
