Running juju tests on windows

Hello,

I have the misfortune of fixing Juju bugs on Windows.

Currently I am working in the dark as I can't run the tests.

I can't run the test's because Juju requires a unique build of Mongo
2.4.6 with SSL enabled.

Mongodb do no distribute freely downloadable distributions of Mongo
(any version) for Windows that include SSL support as this is an
enterprise feature not available in the 'Community' edition.

My question is, has anyone got a version of Mongodb with the correct
SSL magic bits to let me run the tests to completion ?
