Juju stable 1.20.5 is released.

Thank you team for staying focused, addressing issues and driving this
release!

Also a special thank you to all the stakeholders who put in extra hours
testing and reporting bugs.  Juju is definitely better as a result of
everyone's efforts over the past month.
