I think it is probably acceptable from a product point of view to have all
provisioners have cloud credentials in a first cut, and then make the
container broker thing use a new (very similar) API without the cloud
credentials in the future.
It's not the information hiding level we want, but it is better than what
we have and if it allows us to deliver the rest of it in a sane (and well
tested) way, I am all for it.
Not sure how this falls out from a technical perspective though, so I will
leave it up to you all to figure out the details.
