Mongo 2.4 - defer until S release.

A driver upgrade should not be required. MongoDB 2.4 is compatible
with 2.2, so unless there are bugs, it must not break existing
applications (famous last words).

Let me know in case you need a channel for upstreaming the ARM
changes. It'd be great to get this in ASAP so we can have all follow
ups supported (a patch version usually follows the minor).
