HP Cloud new image-id

Just a heads up. For people testing HP Cloud, we had provided a
default-image-id that used to work (last week) of "75845". This week,
it appears that image is no longer available on az-3 at least. Instead
you can use:

  default-image-id: "48335"

That should be an appropriate Ubuntu Precise 12.04 LTS 64-bit.

Unfortunately, the 'nova image-list' seems to contain human-friendly
names, but not necessarily things that would be easy to parse
programatically. (Obviously we could parse what is there today, but
will they preserve the exact formatting?)

Anyway, you'll probably need to update your "environments.yaml", and
we'll probably need to patch some code. I didn't think they would
change this quickly, but obviously I was wrong.
