Container update

Hi all,

A week of landing code has the lxc provisioning code landed in trunk,
and will be part of 1.11.1.  However we still can't talk in to the
container.  The container can talk out, but we can't talk in yet.

The network addressability of the containers is taking longer than hoped.

We should also be landing storing the actual machine hardware
characteristics in state, which will mean that we can reuse machines by
comparing constraints against what the machine actually is.

Not much else to report really.
