Yup, that'll be it.

So, just took the lock to stop the bot operating:

$ flock /home/tarmac/tarmac.lock sleep 3600

And switched the tarmac checkout to use that branch:

$ bzr switch lp:~go-bot/tarmac/juju-core

Resolving the conflict in favour of the new copy of
tarmac/plugins/commit.py which is nearly identical.
