juju deploy tarmac
Should create the crontab. It starts tarmac every 1 min under flock. You
just need to add GOPATH, PATH, and PYTHONPATH entries.

6) ssh-import-id for all the juju team
7) grab an updated bzr version to handle reconnecting to Launchpad. I put
trunk in ~tarmac/bzr and added it to PYTHONPATH.
