Landing bot currently down

As expected, the planned canonistack work took the go-bot machine we
have for testing and landing code offline. However, it seems
everything got killed rather than just suspended, so getting it up and
running again will take a little longer.

For now, I suggest testing changes you want to land locally, then
landing them manually. I'm happy to help anyone do this.

John left me instructions about getting the bot running again, but I
can't find some of the required config details. So, it may take a
little while to recreate and record some of the setup.
