Does juju work with a JavaScript-less mongodb?

We currently use 'mongoexport' at one point, but we want to switch to
using 'mongo'. AIUI the main motivation is because 'mongo' doesn't
bundle v8 and 'mongoexport' does. (Which makes mongoexport about 2x
the size of a 'mongo' binary.)
