HP Cloud simplestreams metadata now live

Hi folks

Thanks to Ben and friends, official image metadata for HP Cloud is now live.
This has enabled me to delete the hand generated metadata I had previously
uploaded to the HP Cloud public bucket just to get us initially up and running.

In case anyone is interested, I used the newish juju metadata plugin to validate
that image ids could be found for each region. I have an env called hpcloud. I ran:

$ juju metadata validate-images -e hpcloud -r az-1.region-a.geo-1
matching image ids for region "az-1.region-a.geo-1":
81078

$ juju metadata validate-images -e hpcloud -r az-2.region-a.geo-1
matching image ids for region "az-2.region-a.geo-1":
68481
