1.12.0 tools have been pushed to the s3 master bucket

Hello,

Just a heads up that the 1.12.0 tools have been pushed to the public
bucket. There was a little bit of hacker that had to happen as the the
layout of the release debs in the stable ppa does not match the layout
`release-public-tools` expects, but nothing serious. This will be
integrated back into trunk soon.
