I'm planning to do a 1.13.1 release this coming Thursday or Friday

Sorry, this was my fault. Not knowing much (ok, anything) about packaging, I
thought all compiled executables (which get put in $GOPATH/bin) are picked up
and included in the deb. Clearly I was wrong :-(
