Trunk No Longer Works with 1.0.3

John M. helped me get juju-core compiling today, thank you John. We
found that juju-core needs go 1.1.1  to compile correctly.

1.0.3 gives the following error:

$ go install -v launchpad.net/juju-core/...
src/launchpad.net/juju-core/state/watcher/watcher.go:227: function
ends without a return statement

Thus, folks following trunk should note that 1.1.1 should be used and
can be installed from ppa:juju/golang
