A note about the release notes

Hi folks,

Now that we're not using LP for issue tracking, the visibility I have
over what is in the release notes has been reduced somewhat. For
clarities sake, I work from the discussions on the juju-dev list and the
cards on the leankit board.

If you land huge feature silently that isn't tracked on our leankit
board, then there is a good chance it won't make it into the release
notes. If you think this is unfair; put a card on the leankit board,
announce your munificence on the mailing list, or throw sharp things at
Mark Ramm in aide of the first two.
