Update goyaml dependency for juju-core (bug 1132537)

That may mean that your goyaml is still out of date.  If the above
command doesn't help, you can try

 cd $GOPATH/src/launchpad.net/goyaml && bzr pull --remember lp:goyaml

Ideally, `bzr info` will show this saving a path like bzr
+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/+branch/goyaml for the parent branch.
