...appear to work!

(wordpress/mysql -- I got nervous when wordpress started joining
"loadbalancer" relation, but it turns out that's a peer relation and
working as expected :D.

The untested add-relation command, at the end of a long pipeline of
unreviewed changes, is at lp:~fwereade/juju-core/juju-add-relation (in
case anyone feels like playing around). The status command doesn't know
about relations yet, but I need to eat something and catch a flight.
