rough braindump/glossary

Hi all

I've been putting together a couple of documents which contain, I hope
and believe, useful information for people getting up to speed on juju.
There's a glossary, and a bunch of stuff about the unit agent, both
written more-or-less with users (or one sort or another) in mind, but
I'm quite sure a real writer will be able to turn them into something
much neater.

But! I could easily have missed things, got confused, become out-of-date
on certain topics, etc. I would greatly appreciate critical readings of
those documents; they're at lp:~fwereade/+junk/juju-braindump and
shouldn't take too much time to read... although the conversations they
engender might take a bit longer.
