Hello,

After a lot of forehead slapping I realised the problems I was having on Friday night with my tests were due to Provisioner instances living on beyond the scope of the test -- which then reacted to the TearDown phase, and ran in parallel with the next tests PA.

The next phase of the PA is still a WIP at the moment, but should be solid by the time the prereq branches have been merged.
