gcc-4.3 (4.3.2-2ubuntu7) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Update to SVN 20081210 from the gcc-4_3-branch.
  * Update the spu cross compiler from the cell-gcc-4_3-branch 20081202.
  * debian/patches/libobjc-armel.dpatch: Don't define EH_USES. Fixes
    gcj-4.3 build failure.
  * Apply the Atomic builtins patch for PARISC.
