gnome-settings-daemon (2.25.2-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * New upstream version:
    - No need to trap XkbQueryExtension and friends errors
    - Add some performance annotations around libxklavier calls
    - Start managers in idle callbacks
    - Only initialize fontconfig when starting up
    - Remove unnecessary X error traps
    - Init a11y status icon only when needed
    - Reshufle plugin priorities a bit
    - Delay constructing the GnomeBg object until we need it
    - Listen for DeviceEnabled instead of DeviceAdded to be sure the mouse has
      been initialized
    - Add debugging output for volume_step
    - Fork before gtk_init
    - Lockdown in the keybinding plugin
    - Trap X errors so we don't crash on X servers that
      don't support DevicePresence
    - Fix handling of time = GDK_CURRENT_TIME
    - Add bundle_loader linker flag to fix compilation on MacOS X
    - Grab all keycodes that match the respective keysim
    - Fix --no-daemon
    - Depend on libxklavier 3.8
    - Fix checks for various X libraries
    - Fix check for xklavier device discovery
  * debian/control.in:
     - the new version doesn't require libesd, libpulse, libgnomeui
     - updated gtk and libxklavier requirements
  * debian/patches/08_extra_touchpad_options.patch:
    - new version update
  * debian/patches/20_mouse_devicepresencenotify.patch:
    - the change is in the new version
  * debian/patches/31_multikeycodes.patch:
    - the change is in the new version
