  * New upstream release (LP: #2141533):
    - Full list of changes is available at:

    - Remove patches:
      + d/p/fix-udev-rules-for-azure.patch: Merged upstream (#1954)
        and released in version 2.2.52.
    - Refresh patches:
      + d/p/disable_import_test.patch: adapt to changes introduced in
        v2.2.45 (#1633) while respecting the same behavior.
      + d/p/disable_udev_overrides.patch: Refresh patch for making it
        DEP-3 compliant.

  * Using now pytest for running the test suite (LP: #1800499)
    (LP: #2063046) as recommended by upstream:
    - d/control: Add python3-pytest as b-d.
    - d/rules: Run test with pytest over the non-sudo tests.

  * d/rules:
    + Deselect tests which uses VMAccessForLinux extension because it is not
      yet fully enabled in the agent and the related new feature is still in
      development.
    + Ignore all test that require root privileges to run.

  * d/control:
    - iproute2 needed as b-d  by test_get_nic_state.
    - iptables needed as b-d  by
      test_it_should_setup_persistent_firewall_rules_on_startup

  * d/docs: Remove Changelog entry, as this file was removed on
    upstream (#2179).

  * d/tests/control: run tests that require sudo and are
    thereby ignored at build time.

  * Included changes from waagent Debian unstable:

    - d/p/re-work-flaky-tests.patch: Not depending in ls output.
