gcc-11 (11.3.0-1ubuntu1~22.04.1) jammy; urgency=medium

  * Drop debian/patches/gcc-ibmz-plt-revert.diff, the kernel was fixed to
    build correct dkms modules on s390x. In turn, this patch is now
    preventing livepatch modules to work. LP: #2002429
